Local Canberra artist Annie Trevillian is known for her textiles and the use of colour and pattern. She has worked as a community artist, educator, freelance designer and practitioner. She taught in the Australian National University Textiles Workshop from 1992 – 2011. She has long been associated with Megalo Print Studio and Gallery. She has produced these amazingly beautiful fabric panels of her watercolour studies of local flora around Canberra called Mount Mugga Mugga Grid. Handsomepretty have collaborated with Annie and made her fabrics into the most beautiful cushions. Twelve different variations, linen backed and feather filled. They have an invisible zip along one seam.
