Do you have a place where you can sit, just sit and notice?
This is where I sit and think. I look at the beauty all around me and the towering eucalypts on the headland across from me. The wise. They have stood there while the tides change each day regardless of storms. They are witness to each sunrise and each sunset. I feel incredibly grateful..I feel safe ...my mind wanders to those closest to me.
