Postage Exchange Refunds

Your print is drop shipped and will be sent by express trackable post within Australia.  The rate of $14.50 will be applied at checkout.  Postage covers a single or multiple prints ordered in the one transaction. 
The print comes in a plastic sleeve with cardboard insert and is professionally packaged. 

To avoid waste I keep limited stock of my prints. I print to order. This process will takes 3-5 days before the professional packed print/s are sent. 
If there are delays along the process you will be notified.

I only post within Australia at this stage but am looking at International shipping for the future.  Please send me a message if you are located overseas and are interested.

If a print is lost or damaged it will be replaced. 

I can't exchange to a different print because it is replaced by the printer.  They will only replace the existing print order.

I can't offer refunds once your order is placed with the printer because I pre-pay.

There may be a production time of up to 2 weeks in peak holiday times.
